• How we rank our luxury pieces: 

Rank N - Brand new. Fresh from the boutique.

Rank S - Unused, can pass as brand new item.

Rank SA - Good as new, without flaws or signs of use(mint or excellent condition)

Rank A - Almost new, with minor/ hardly noticeable flaws 

Rank AB - Good condition, with minor but negligible signs of use (watermarks, soft handles, minor scratches)

Rank B - Good condition, with signs of use (slightly wear or tear, watermarks).

Rank C - Exterior part is still okay, but inside the bag has smell, tear in handle, and loose stiches
