Shipping Policy

Within two to three business days, your order will be processed.  UPS or USPS will be used to calculate shipping at checkout. We will insure all orders

You are liable for any applicable import, customs, brokerage, or tax charges for orders placed from outside the country. 

In order to safeguard our clients and guarantee a prompt and secure delivery, we will not ship to package forwarding services. We regret any inconvenience this has caused you.
We follow all applicable state and federal laws when it comes to exotic materials (such as ostriches, alligators, etc.). Not all areas, especially those outside of the US, may be able to receive these items for shipment.

Our shipping suppliers provide an estimate for any shipment times (not including Priority Mail Express and other comparable guaranteed delivery options).

What should I do if my package has not moved or been updated, or if it was lost in transit?

Given the enormous demand for delivery throughout the US, it could seem as though the tracking data has not been updated. We recognize that you're worried that your purchase was misplaced. For your package to complete its journey through the Postal Service, we require that you wait up to 14 Business Days (21 Business Days for international orders) in compliance with USPS and UPS guidelines. Usually, your parcel will start moving again and be delivered.

But do get in touch with us if your package has been lost in transit! We'll work with you to get your order back or give you a complete refund (less shipping charges if applicable) to your original payment method.)
